By law in Australia, a pharmacist dispensing prescription medication must have the original prescription to dispatch your order.

If your vet emails and posts your prescription to us directly, we can ship your order on receipt of the vet’s email, meaning you receive your order quicker. Most vets will email your script directly to us if you ask.

Simply write below on an envelope and drop it into your closest postbox (no stamp required):

If there isn't a valid prescription on file for my order, I acknowledge that dispatch will be delayed until I provide a valid prescription. I will be contacted if further information is needed to process my order.
